An expansion of the Ware Campus added a new independent senior living venue with two apartment buildings anchored by a centrally located dining pavilion.

The overall concept of this facility was to offer a boutique hotel image aimed toward the next demographic wave of in residents. The Dining Pavilion consists of a large dining room, private dining, pub with liquor license, community spaces, card and game rooms, centralized mail, and a multi-purpose auditorium.
