This Isaac’s location launched a new, “On the Fly” service concept. Designed as an alternative to its typical sit-centric dining model, the “On the Fly” model targets the quick lunch market in downtown York.
A complete re-branding was done for this prototype. Colors were updated and tied into the walls, flooring, counter-space, everything down to the menus. From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are immersed in the Isaac’s “On the Fly” branding.
