Diversified Design was hired to lead the documentation process for interior renovations and furniture replacement within the Hilton Garden Inn hotel on Granite Run Drive in Lancaster.

The work began with producing drawings of the existing building, based on the existing drawings and a site survey in order to create accurate building floor plans.

A designer contracted by Hilton Hotels & Resorts provided product specifications from pre-selected packages and coordinated the locations and quantities of pieces with our team. We then documented all furniture and finishes in comprehensive floor plans with coordinating room finish schedules.
