This exciting transformation re-imagined an old 8,625 sf industrial structure into a modern, brand-driven design that reflects Heck Construction’s craftsmanship and identity.

The exterior features a bold material palette: dark black brick, vertical metal siding, and ACM panels, complemented by faux wood panels fabricated from rice hulls for added texture and sustainability. A black gable roof anchors the design while tying directly to elements of the Heck Construction logo, creating a strong and recognizable presence.

Inside, the warehouse is transformed into a warm and inviting office environment. Natural wood tones are used extensively through ceiling and wall elements, softening the industrial shell. Accent colors pulled from the company’s logo are subtly integrated throughout the interior, reinforcing brand identity while maintaining a professional and contemporary workspace.
