This professional financial services firm desired a downtown Harrisburg office location.  Diversified Design was hired to complete programming services to enable the firm to visualize the chosen space as their own.  A combination of two buildings on two levels needed to be tied together as one cohesive space.  The work included the leveling of floors and the addition of ramps and steps.  Working closely with RKL to integrate their corporate standards for office sizes and workstations, office spaces were provided that were contiguous with their other locations.  A unique design aspect is a spacious collaboration area that creates a relaxing atmosphere, offering alternative officing, such as hoteling for remote staff.
